1. Most of us really want to have our own business in order to earn more money. However, not all of us are ready to face the day to day headaches of managing our own business. In worst case scenario, after experiencing a simple problem, some of us might end up demotivated. Then eventually think that working in a company is much better than working as a freelancer because of having a regular monthly income working for your boss instead as a boss.

2. Simple wishes like wanting to have a new life style can be a reason too, because youre not satisfied with what you have right now and crave more. You want to try, to have or to do something new and different. Things like eating more than 3 times a day, buying branded clothes, sending your kids to exclusive schools, going out of town every weekend, etc.

3. Another reason is that you’re not satisfied of your current situation in the company for which you are employed. Even if you gave all your time and effort for the company, you’re still holding a low or middle management position in the company. Your chance of getting to the top level management position is very minimal or totally impossible. Just imagine, youre working 8 hours per day for 5 days every week or in some case, you need to take overtime and yet you dont have any career growth. Its absolutely a big disappointment on your part. You might end up thinking that its better to start up your own business and be your own boss and be the business owner.

4. The major reason is that the company you currently work for pays you less for your hard work then what you are worth and in return your monthly income is not enough to satisfy your family needs. For example, its a very difficult situation for people who have growing kids. Because of course, as a parent, you need / want to provide for all their needs like food, clothes, water, shelter and education.
